Somatic Intelligence
Learn concrete, body-based strategies to navigate institutional friction, nurture cultures of healing, engage clearly in a crisis, and keep executive presence under pressure.

A 10-month leadership cohort
A 10-month journey for reclaiming wholeness, healing work culture, and humanizing how we lead. An intimate, cohort-based sanctuary for senior leaders, institutional changemakers, creatives, and visionary practitioners.

Reclaim your wholeness
Modern leadership runs in chronic overdrive. We're trained to solve complex institutional and societal problems in siloed corners, using cognitive, high-exertion strategies, often at the expense of our well-being, our creativity, and our personal values. When organizational cultures fracture, leaders are expected to hold the pieces together with no space to process their own exhaustion.
A somatic leadership development cohort. The Healing Leadership Lab is a 10-month incubator designed to break this cycle. By blending structured leadership inquiry with deep somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and creative expression, it rewires how you meet the complexities of your role.
Sustainable leadership means you will:

Kintsugi
Kintsugi is an ancient Japanese art of repairing pottery with golden lacquer, illuminating the fractures rather than hiding them.
It's a beautiful reminder that reclaiming our wholeness isn't about reaching a flawless state. It's about honoring and integrating our scars and lessons into a story of resilience and deep, humanized strength.
For sponsors and HR
For leaders seeking organizational sponsorship, this program is designed to qualify for professional development funds and HR wellness allocations.
Learn concrete, body-based strategies to navigate institutional friction, nurture cultures of healing, engage clearly in a crisis, and keep executive presence under pressure.
Through a non-directive Praxis Lab protocol, gain an external advisory board of peers to solve real challenges in confidence, plus in-person workshops tailored to your needs.
Leadership turnover costs organizations momentum, culture and recruitment. The Lab provides the restorative structure needed to sustain high-performing leaders over the long haul.
Connect with a diverse, multi-sector cohort of seasoned leaders, creatives and builders, a cross-pollination that fosters systems thinking siloed networks can't match.
The Lab runs on a seasonal rhythm built to fit a demanding calendar. With four in-person Saturdays in Ithaca, NY, it suits leaders who can travel to the Finger Lakes periodically.
90 minutes, virtual, 10 times (required). Embodied centering plus structured inquiry: somatic opening, a shared text, a problem-of-practice share, and somatic closing.
90 minutes, virtual, 7 times (optional). No prep: opening poetry, a somatic awareness exercise, an open cohort check-in, and a creative processing activity.
Half-day intensives, in person, 4 times (required). Nature immersion, shared food, curated leadership workshops and intention-setting in the Ithaca landscape.
Peer duos or trios meet monthly to stay accountable. Plus lasting access to a private WhatsApp community for resources and support after the 10 months end.
On our final Saturday, the cohort celebrates, reflects and names what's next, sharing key learnings, growth and future intentions.
Four seasons, one journey
Each season has its own focus and an in-person immersion timed to the equinox or solstice.
Sept–Nov. Build collective safety and norms, explore somatic baselines, and map challenges, strengths and goals. Equinox immersion: what to shed, and which hidden resources to harvest.
Dec–Feb. Root into the center as complexity peaks, navigate the urgency trap, and hold space for transition and grief. Solstice immersion: visioning from rest rather than panic.
Mar–May. Build healing cultures of wholeness, connection and care. Equinox immersion: new beginnings and creative risk, breaking gridlock with play, improv and systems thinking.
June. Turn the 10-month journey into long-term sustainability. Solstice Showcase: cohort presentations, concrete markers of success, action roadmaps and final peer feedback.
All virtual sessions take place on Thursdays, 12:00–1:30 PM ET. All in-person Seasonal Immersions are half-day Saturdays (10:00 AM–3:00 PM) in the Ithaca, NY landscape.
The Praxis Lab is our required collective anchor. The Restoration Circle is a drop-in sanctuary: join when your nervous system needs grounding, or when you need to step away from the noise, rest, and connect with other human beings.
One tuition covers the full 10-month journey.

Whole Human Leadership is committed to disrupting the systemic inequities that shape who gets access to high-level professional development and healing spaces. Institutional budgets rarely extend to grassroots changemakers, independent artists, and community healers doing the vital on-the-ground work of humanizing our local ecosystems.
To honor this, I offer a limited number of Access & Equity Scholarships for practitioners who meet both of these criteria:
If you meet these criteria, please note your need on the application form. I operate on a trust-based system and don't require income verification. I simply ask that you choose this tier mindfully, so these limited seats go to those who need them most.
Because the Lab relies on real-time processing, mutual witnessing, and collective trust, live attendance is expected for all Praxis Labs and in-person gatherings. Please check these dates against your personal and institutional calendars before you apply, so you can protect these blocks.
